It's in the Details — There is creativity, and then there are details. At BGI, the two are forever entwined. Our track record of success is rooted in the attention we apply to each project. Our job tracking systems keep projects under control and organized at all times. At weekly production meetings, we review the progress of each active project. We provide our clients with weekly to-do lists which review the status of each project. We meet or phone clients to review these lists regularly.
Account Management
You're part of the plan! An experienced BGI account manager carefully tracks all incoming projects. We keep clients up to date through face-to-face meetings, teleconferences, and BGI's Electronic Approval System (EAS). These are the communication tools we use to make sure every project stays on track. Job Status Work Logs are meticulously documented and maintained so that any BGI Associate can review project status, and all work is accountable.
Clients love our Electronic Approval System (EAS). It's the ideal project management and quality control system. Easy to use. Easy to read. Instant updates. BGI's Electronic Approval System includes: Customer controlled timing, confidentiality, and communication within the approval process. Automatic e-mail notification when project is on-line for review, as well as automatic e-mail reminder if stated deadline has not been met. Files can be reviewed on-line or downloaded. Helps keep projects on schedule. Provides documentation of entire design, production, and approval process.
