We provide our clients with weekly to-do lists which review the status of each project. We meet or phone clients to review these lists regularly.

You're part of the plan! An experienced BGI account manager carefully tracks all incoming projects. We keep clients up to date through face-to-face meetings, teleconferences, and BGI's Electronic Approval System (EAS). These are the communication tools we use to make sure every project stays on track. Job Status Work Logs are meticulously documented and maintained so that any BGI Associate can review project status, and all work is accountable.
